At Legend Car Rental, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which bookings may be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Cancellation by Customer
Flexible Cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to [X] hours before the scheduled rental start time.
Moderate Cancellation: If you cancel within [X] hours before the rental start time, a cancellation fee may apply or a partial refund (up to 50%) may be provided.
Strict Cancellation: Cancellations made close to the rental start time or after the rental has begun may not be eligible for any refund.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Cancellation by Company
In rare cases, Legend Car Rental may cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle unavailability, safety concerns, or operational issues.
In such cases, customers will be offered:
• A full refund
• An alternative vehicle (subject to availability)
Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but are typically completed within 5–14 business days.
Modification of Booking
You may modify your booking (date, time, or vehicle) subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply if the modified booking results in a higher rental cost.
Early Returns
If you return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled end time, no refund will be provided for unused rental time unless explicitly stated in your booking plan.
